Adding Value to my Coaching Community

Last Friday, 21 coaches came together to explore a new perspective on Career Development to manage our lives and learning.

In the 2 hours interactive webinar, Dr Timothy Hsi shared how our career attributes can impact our career choices and how we can use the VIPS concept of career attributes to coach our clients with career transition challenges. All of us walked away with a Career Transition Framework to guide our clients. Those who were keen to explore further walked away with some goodies for a certification programme too!
